Credit where it’s due:
source for the awesome comeback in this comic is Jcicely on Twitter, but probably originally Kait Rokowski, feminist writer/slam poet/comedy enthusiast.

I must add that curse to the list we use at WHTM – may you walk on Legos forever, and so on. 🙂

Wow!
Did you do all this yourself?
You must be a hell of an artist!
Or the worlds laziest.

The latter – they’re hand-traced on photoshop from regency period drama screencaps, just like the Old Masters used to do it. Honestly anyone could do it with a steady hand and some patience. This comic’s more about the joke than the talent I suppose! 🙂

Him: Logical.
Her: Verbally inventive.
Both self-involved twits. They deserve each other.

Gregory on August 12, 2014 @ 7:27 pm Reply

How is imagining that anyone wants him to apologize “logical” and not “delusional”?

paradoctor on August 13, 2014 @ 12:20 am Reply

He’s logically delusional, as befits a twit. She, his comically worthy mate, assents by attack.

I just discovered you via Feministing – LOVE!

Excellent comic! As an Austen fan, I give this two demurely-raised-teacups up!

The insult also may have come from this brilliant slam-poem (not mine, but one of my favourites). She also has quite a few other stunning insults.
